How to Shop and Order Online

Ordering from Light a Lantern (SA) is very easy and you can follow the process you are most comfortable with:

Order Online from our eShop

Select the products that you would like to order from our online shop, add your address details and proceed to check out. You will receive an invoice with our EFT bank details via email. Once payment has been made please email us your payment confirmation and we will prepare your order for delivery.

Please note: We do not take credit card details online and you will have to either EFT or deposit at your local bank.

Complete our Contact Us Form

Complete our online contact us form with all the details about your order request. Be sure to include your phone number and physical address so that we can manage delivery. As soon as we receive your order request, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours with our EFT bank details and finally once you have emailed us payment confirmation we will arrange delivery. If anything about your order request is unclear, we will contact you.

Delivery Cost and Duration

Deliver across South Africa's major and local centers, starting at a cost of R80 per order depending on weight. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, once payment confirmation is received.

Orders dispatched using door to door courier service will be delivered within 3 working days (72 hours).

Important Notice:

Orders weighing more than 5kg will be subject to a higher delivery cost.
Orders in outlying areas will be dispatched using tracked insurance mail to local post office.
Order dispatched using the post office will be delivered within 5 working days.
Express orders (delivery within 48 hours) will be subject to a higher delivery cost.
