Light a Lantern delivers across South Africa's major and local centers, starting at a cost of R80 per order depending on weight. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, once payment confirmation is received.
Orders dispatched using door to door courier service will be delivered within 3 working days (72 hours).

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We endeavour to supply only the best quality goods, however, our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if you are not entirely happy with our goods and the item is unused and in a re-saleable condition (the packaging is intact and there are no marks on the product) you can notify us within 7 working days and then return the product for a replacement, exchange or full refund.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. All products returned to Light a Lantern will be thoroughly checked by the Dispatch Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed.
Light a Lantern will refund the returns postage for faulty,damaged or incorrect goods (see below).
All our products are individually checked before posting. Please provide us with your order number, name, address, details of the product and the reason for returnwhether you require a refund or a replacement.
