Returns & Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one concern. We do our utmost best to supply only the best quality party products, however our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if you are not entirely happy with your order you can return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund.

If you wish to return our decor products please contact Light a Lantern by email, and gives us the specifics - your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return. Once your return has been authorised please pack it up and post back to us.

Light a Lantern will not cover the return postage of unwanted products, however if you are returning the product that is faulty, damaged or has been incorrectly dispatched please read “Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods” section below.

Returned goods must be received in the original, unused condition and packaging with all components intact. All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Dispatch Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed.

Returns are usually processed within 10 working days of receipt. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for the money to clear in your bank account.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

All Light a Lantern products are individually checked before dispatching. In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, damaged or incorrect then please contact Light a Lantern by email within 7 days, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

If you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will happily refund your costs associated in returning it to us (please enclose a copy of your postage receipt when you return the item, so that we know how much to refund you for your postage). Your original delivery charge will also be refunded if you are returning the whole order and you have requested a refund for the goods. Any items returned to us should include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging where possible.
